2. Electronic application pack which can be used by the SME to fill in the forms electronically on the basis of template, print and send to Competent Body
3. Initial “Eco-Check” for the user to identify the individual level of knowledge and to see which modules are necessary to complete to achieve the EU Eco Label
4. Train the trainer manual (including PPT, questions and answers, case studies) so that the course contents can be used outside the core team by external training organisations. This is necessary so that low skilled staff in the tourism industry can be trained throughout Europe on the same quality level
5. National modules covering the national Eco Label criteria to identify the difference between the European version and the national version
