82. Environmental questionnaire The main objective of this criterion is to receive guest feedback on the entire sustainable action program and the overall quality of the accommodation. Questionnaires should be given to guests, completed, then returned to the accommodation. The results should be evaluated and a follow-up action strategy should be developed and implemented.
