79. Composting This criteria focuses on the composting a garden and other (kitchen) organic wastes. "Compost" is an essential organic soil enriching substance for organic gardening. The term "composting" refers to all modes of local mixing of garden and kitchen wastes with soil and preparation of natural organic fertilizer. This can happen either on site or this can be undertaken by an external company.
