32. Staff training Training and awareness raising of staff regarding the environmental actions of the campsite need to be carried out on a continuous basis. The main objective of the criteria is to increase the awareness raising and training level of staff in all aspects of environmental sustainability in the operation. A on going training program needs to be developed for both new and permanent staff. New staff need to be trained within the first four weeks of being hired and permanent staff once annually
