Read before use

The modules can be summarised under the following headings:

1. Introduction to the European Ecolabel for tourist accommodation services
2. Energy
3. Waste
4. Water
5. Chemical substances
6. Other services (such as transport, environmental communication, green procurement, organic gardens)
7. Management (EMAS, ISO 14001)

The "application approach" follows the criteria as laid down in the EU directive. The user (middle and senior managers) focuses on the criteria necessary to achieve the EU Ecolabel. It is also possible to choose the modules he/she needs to eliminate knowledge gaps. In case he /she does not know how to achieve a criterion, they will go through the details.

Simultaneously the learner should fill in the application pack which can be obtained by project partners. At the end of the training a completed application can be sent directly to the competent body.
